Return Policy

At Westford Supply, we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may decide to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping charges.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it is not.
  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return at info@westford-supply.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

Once the item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
